Returns are possible within 30 days of purchase. Please register your return first by contacting our customer service: service@boldking.com

Important to know

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• Products must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Special conditions

• Shaving and cosmetic products (such as blades, gel, cream) can only be returned unopened and in their original packaging, due to hygiene regulations.
• We cannot accept used blades or opened containers, tubes, or jars.
• Clothing (boxer shorts) can only be returned if not worn, washed, or soiled, and still in the original packaging.
• Please note: do not try on boxers directly on the skin.

Refund

• After receiving and approving your return, we will refund the purchase amount. This process may take up to 3 weeks.
• If the product is damaged or you received the wrong item, we will also reimburse the return shipping costs. In that case, always contact our customer service first.
